vista computer won't go to sleep

I have my vista computer to go to sleep after 10 mins. it has been working fine until about yesterday. now no matter what time i allow, it never goes to sleep by itself. how can i find out which program is keeping it from going to sleep?

Check your task manager and see if there is anything in there that is accessing the CPU at all times. That would be the first step. After that google for Process Explorer. If you find it to be a process like svchost that you cant identify this program will allow you to identify it.
