Vista CHKDSK at reboot URGENT

Im Usin Windows Home Premium,
Model: Deminsion E521
I Restart My Computer and the CHKDSK came up and it starts out fine
dashing thru 1-19% like it normally does.
because it has been doin this since december of 08 now
[Feb 15, 09] it wants to freeze at 20% and once it freezes at 20%
it does not go any farther then that,
ive tryed doing a hard shut down and starting it again... it does the same,
i even tryed to skip it.
the message says press any key within (how many) sec's to skip it,
i press like every key and it doesnt skip it at all.
And i Dont think there is a Way Around it.

How long do you leave it once it reaches 20%?

Thanks Joeten for Ur info but i cant Get Past it... it freezes EVERY time

All i need to do is bypass it ONCE and i got it..
When it Says Press Any Key To Skip The CHKDSK Check
iPress EVERY KEY ON THE KEYBOARD, it still goes through with it,
if someone could tell me how to bypass that or answer my other thread...
it will be grately appreciated....
