Virus help needed^^

i kinda got this pop up problem from norton saying i got a virus called "Trojan bookmarker.gen" located in my system32 folder djkm.dll i tried to delete it and it wont work even in safe mode it keeps popping up that norton warning saying i got a virus anyone know how i can get rid of this?

Look up the manual removal in norton. You can do this by going through nortons encylopedia of viruses which can be found by clicking a link somewhere (depends on your version of norton). Then look for your virus and find the manual removal instructions. The reason I say this is because you may have to delete some registry entries. If you are using windows xp I would also go into safe mode, then click start, then click run, and type in msconfig and press enter. Then navigate to the tab that says start up and make sure any programs that look suspicious (aka may be the virus) arent running at startup.
