virus "cclogin"

Does anyone have any information about a virus that changes the "administrator" account in windows XP to "cclogin". Like on the logon screen u see "owner" and "cclogin" instead of "administrator". Any information would be appreciated.

I have been through that although it does not offer much info. The problem is most of the info available online for this virus is in german. I think thats where the virus originated from. My real concern is does this virus does something else.
Norton detects this virus as bloodhound.packed as it detects all the viruses. No other virus scan detects it.
