for the last 2-3 days, i am intermittently getting a browser popup with something about buying meds online (??). also, the internet works fine with my download manager but whenever i try to run it in a browser, it pops up this window and stops working. also, chrome refuses to work at all. i ran norton and avast boot time scans but they showed up nothing. should i reformat my full comp (500 GIGs) or is there an explanation for this? im tearing my hair out in frustration
