Default "Virtual Tunnel" security soft for XP

Hello Everybody,
I wish to enhance my privacy and security by one of "Virtual Tunnel" softwares, Can you recommend any? I searched a web and found these ones :
SecurSURF (The SSH Privacy Tunnel) ,
Total Net Shield ,
Secure-Tunnel

Please make any comments on the softs ebove,
Have you used them? Do they work?

Don't waste your money, you dont need it. A good AV, firewalls is all you need.

Thank you for the reply. Are you aware of the mentioned softs/services?
Please give any comments on them.

I need exactly the privacy level they offer, but don't know are they reliable? How much do they decrease internet connection speed? Which of them is the most reliable and fast?

I've never used those before but I have used Ghost Surf Pro and Stegnos Internet Anonym Pro, they do drag your system, especially Steganos. It's all just a waste of money if you ask me.
