Unhappy Virtual Memory too Low

Hi All, Been awhile since I have been here. The help you gave me last time worked out great, I got rid of SIMS!!! Finally, yeah!! That had to be the most annoying game I ever purchased.Anybody want Sims Deluxe? LOL

New problem, if thats ok, When I leave my computer on and come back, it says virtual memory too low, increasing paging file. Is there anyway to fix the problem? How do you increase the virtual memory??? Or how to increase paging file? It sometimes says email scanner not fully functional at that moment. Some applications might not be available. That doesn't sound too good. HELP!!!!!!!! lol Thanks peeps for any help! Tigerlilly

Thanks, zDar, the funny part is, when I look at the defrag, it says plenty of space left ,no need to defrag. I have sytem restore on, would it help to drop my restore points? Shut off restore on XP? What about these free ram programs? Are they any good? Thanks, Tiger
