Viewing Jpg's on TV via DVD

I have a Koss KD260 DVD player. I have copied Jpg files to a CD in ISO9660 format per my instruction manual but when I try to view the CD on my TV through the DVD player my screen 'rolls' and will not synchronize. I have tried burning new CDs a few times with the same results. Does anyone have any ideas as to what my problem may be?

I'm not sure this DVD can show jpgs from a cd... or maybe its the mode? I tried diggin up on it but couldn't find too much information bout this dvd player...
