it look like you might have a 64 bit edition of vista. check your version

thats the wierd thing I double checked and I have the 32 version

I even tried d/l ing the 64 version and said the same thing

a (****ty : )) NvidiaGeforce Go 6150 but I tried both 32 and 64 downloads and the 64 one didn't work

go to nvidia. download it to folder call nvidia. install winrar. right click the nvidia file and select extract here. go to your device manger. click on the video drive and pick update. now head to that nvidia folder and find the .inf file. this should work

well i tried that but when I go to update my driver it says it is already updated and then I looked and that file was not there..do i need to manually update?

if so how

head to the nvidia folder. look for an xp folder or something like then click on it. you will know that you are in the right folder when you can click the ok button


edit. i'm wrong on this. it all extracts to nvidia folder without any extra folders
