Default Video Problem

emachines T3025
3000+ AMD Athlon XP Processor
160 GB Hard Drive
CD-RW 48x Max Write
Nvidia GeForce 4 MX Integrated Graphics Card
DVD 16x Max Read
512 MB DDR SDRAM
10/100 Mbps Ethernet

I have frame rate problems on my computer when I play anime. It lags a bit when the screen scrolls. I have Theorica Codec Pack installed on it. I uninstalled it and installed Xvid like someone said on another forum, and it couldn't play a lot of files, so I had to reinstall Theorica

I also have frame rate problems when I played DVDs on my other computer. It was noticable when the screen scrolls. I can only play DVDs with Defilerpack and ACE Mega Codec Pack installed.

75 hertz on my other computer. 60 on this one

My system specs are more than good enough to play videos and dvds

I notice in PowerDVD when I set it to full screen that it stretches out the image. I don't like that. How can I set it so its more crisp? But its okay if its letterboxed/widescreen

There were only scrolling problems with anime dvds. Maybe stuff scrolls more in anime

I installed Kazaa Lite codec pack before and there were a lot of codec conflicts. What codecs do I need on it just to play anime?
