Video Lagging ?

Hi,

When i use my new rig to play movies, i found that it is a liitle bit of lagging- not entirely smooth . It donesnt happen in my old computer before.

I use Gspot to check the codecs - so it is not the codecs problem.
I am thinking that maybe is my 19" TFT >??

Below is rig spec:

AMD x2 3800+
M2n32 sli deluxe
2x gb DDR2
XFX 7600GT xxx
250GB SATA

whats the ms response time on your monitor and are you video card drivers up to date

monitor response time is 8ms and driver is up to date...


I am sure it is not the mobo problem coz i changed once
