very strange-- windows denfender

i discover when i have installed windows denfender, my cmp get quicker, my cpu using rate get lower>>>
be4, explorer.exe usually used my cpu 40% or above, and AVANT.EXE used 30%, but now, explorer.exe decline to under 20% .
and avant.exe decline to under 10%
but it haven't indicated that it had detected spyware and clear it...

and i have searched on the internet, none of them indicate windows denfender has optimize OS function >>>

do anyone have the simlated situition?
do u think windows denfender and my cmp get faster has relationship?

Windows Defender does check to make sure that your PC is running Optimal. After running a scan you will notice that it says your PC is running Normal. That just means that your PC is running as it should.

It might be that it cleared some stuff that was kept in your temp files. But it could also just be that you just noticed that it is using less resources. I dont think there is a direct relationship between the 2.
