1. there is no prefetch anymore. It is now super fetch. It should never be deleted.
2. this would require a registry change. Bing for it if you wish to do it. Registry changes are iffy at best and are never suggested.
3. they shouldnt have access to your Registry unless they log in via your administrator account. At that point you would have to disable your admin account from having access. Which you dont want to do.
