Default Using frames!

I want to use a frame to have a forum which is on another website into my own website using frames. I am not that familliar with frames and I will need some help. So I want the top part to be my menu and the content to be my forum from another website. I want the page to act normal so you can scroll everything and I want it to be able to show correctly in firefox and IE. Any help is appreciated. My website is located at www.cincophoto.vzz.net and the forum that I want to use is at http://www.armleg.com/forum/?mforum=cincophoto

Peace!
