User Name Directories

I have 2 Questions about this. I recently got my brother mad by installing some new program but I can't seem to reverse it somehow. We BOTH have usernames in our own computer. I've been using it at least 3 years and my friend most likely do all the work before he left to virginia.

1] How do I change the Username setup. Like you choose the username to enter the password instead of typing BOTH Usernames and Password. I really like that mode.

2] How do I change my user name in my computer directory.

do u want to change the way u log onto windows, then just go to control panel then user accounts and switch it from fast user switching to the welcome screen. Also sometime you will have to open the properties of your network card and unistall client services for netware. If you are trying to manage user account i right click on my computer then click manage and go to the local user and groups and make the users you want by right clicking blank screen and click new user. I hope i helped, ididnt understand the question really well
