User accounts not appearing

Maybe you created a Vampire account, which would be invisible in the Windows. LOL

Okay, I played around a little more and this is what I found. When is Safe mode and logged in under administrator, I can go into documents and see all of the user accounts. All of the information is still there I just can't log into it from the windows login screen. I did find an icon that said BACKUP. Will this help or be usefull at all?

I just spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Dell and they were not able to figure it out. They are having me install a Windows in a new directory.
