User Account Flash

We have some PCs at work we'd like our employees and the public to use to surf the web. However, we'd like the Open-User account to run a program that will flash that User HD at the end of every day so anything potentially harmful that was done that day will be erased, no newly installed programs will be kept, etc etc. We do want Automatic Updates to continue and be kept however without manually logging into the Admin Account every time. Is there any good Windows 7 program for this purpose? I believe XP used to have a Microsoft supported program like this but no longer.

MS used to offer a freeware named SteadyState to do this. They discontinued it with Vista. Now, they offer a guide on how to set Group Policy to achieve the same goal
