I posted this under the general internet question and haven't gotten any responses yet.
I have a roommate, we share one phone line, we both have your basic dial-up Internet service, and we each have our own ISP account with Juno. Our PC's are not networked. He uses a USB cable to connect and I use a regular phone cord. We have pirated cable service with no cable box so I don't believe he is connecting via the cable. I haven't tried a USB cable but are there benefits to it and are there different settings to use?
