USB Sync program in XP???

Is there a feature in XP that lets me sync my USB drive with a certain folder in My Documents instead of transfering endlessly? I'm looking for the easy way to have my USB drive be an identical image of a certain folder in My Docs. Thanks guys/gals.

PS- I just found the sync. feature in the Tools menu in the folder toolbar, but it is only wanting me to sync with my LAN connection which is NOT what I am looking for.

i use that to transfer my files from my pc to my external hard drive and it works like a charm.
