USB - Removable Drives

Alright, I can't see my USB drives and my removable drives in "My Computer." From Device Manager I get an error with my "USB MASS STORAGE DEVICE" (Little Yellow Exclamation point.) Should I get a new driver for it? If so, I would like to know which driver because I am not too sure of which one to get.

Search www.driverguide.com, or let Windows search the PC.

Motherboard CD might help as well.
