Question Usb question

Ok everytime I start up my computer, all my usb's show up as removable drives even though nothing is using them.
How can I change this, so instead of having to click "Remove hardware safely" everytime I boot, it instead just doesnt show unless something is using them.

I never use remove hardware safely I just turn off the device then unplug.
