Default USB driver not found..

Hi...

I just formatted a PC and Installed Win XP pro on it. Everything worked just fine with that.
When I went and tried to install the printer software it won't let me because I believe it does not have any USB drivers and it is not being recognized.

When I go to the device manager it says:
Universal serial bus controller and it shows up with a yellow question mark. I tried to look for the brand and nothing shows up...I went to msinfo32 and same thing...

Any ideas of what drivers could I install ?

Thanks!!

Probably you will find the USB drivers in the CD that came with the motherboard.

you need to install the chipset first (you also need all of your drivers installed). what's your motherboard name?
