I have a Windows Vista and it doesn't seem to recognize any music devices. Whenever I plug my phone in (Blackberry Storm) it doesn't recognize that there is a USB connection. All I hear is the noise that happens when people plug USBs into a computer. I went into the link called COMPUTER and looked in all of the drives to see if it would pop up my device but none of them said anything was plugged in. I tried to plug my phone into the back USB ports too but it did the same exact thing! And what puzzles me most is that about a year ago I was able to add music onto my phone from my computer. It just stopped working. If this helps at all: We've been having terrible virus issues lately and we can't seem to find the problem. Please help
