Don't think using the Recovery Disc is of help as it's merely for troubleshooting or repairing. It will not install the full Windows installation.

Exactly as Jo said. The image files from NeoSmart are NOT install media. They are just for troubleshooting.

That aside you can use those ISO images on a USB Thumb Drive. But if you are looking to use them as an installer those files will do you no good. They are not installers. It states it right on the link:

What it doesn't do: You cannot use the Windows Vista Recovery Disc to re-install Windows - it only fixes (not replaces!) Windows.

So if your looking for a download of the full Vista ISO, you wont find it legally anywhere but MSDN or TechNET.
