hi iam using windows vista home premium when i turned on the security center it is showing that SERVICE CANNOT BE STARTED.Then i entered the services in search box message is showing that WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS THE SPECIFIED DEVICE,PATH OR FILE.YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE ITEM


Unexpected shutdown because 1.DCOM server process launcher service terminated unexpectedly,2.plug and service terminated unexpectedly
