Windows ME sucks. I have a dell with windows ME, and ive heard that its impossible to upgrade windows on a dell beacuse the windows key is programmed into the BIOS. Is this true?
No. Upgrade to XP, but use the "New Installation" Method unless it's an upgrade CD. A clean install is better than an upgrade unless you cant backup your data
