Upgrading My RAM + Increasing amouunt of RAM available to the graphics

we can find out right quick. Take the memory out and then go to system and see what it reads. if it reads the same, you might not have the correct ram or it simply isnt being accpeted yet by windows.... what kind of laptop?

oh, and its definately the right memory, i took it to Pc World, and they tolsd me what to get, they instaled it too
