Updating to SP3 probelm ! Please HELP

I got windows XP SP3 CD today, and I already have SP2 installed on my computer

When I update, this error always appears to me ! What should I do ? Should I click on "Skip File" ?

Just a quick qeustion did you check to see if you hamet the requirements of SP3 before you tried to install?

Did you check to make sure that your Antivirus was off? There is a bunch more info on that site. I really wouldnt skip the file. It is there for a reason.
