Updating BIOS Questions!

I am having trouble updating my BIOS, my MOBO is P4P800 i865 Dual Channel, and I went to the ASUS website to download the latest BIOS for all P4P800 MOBO. However, after I copied all the required info (AFUDOS.exe) to the bootable floppy disk. It gives an error telling me that my BIOS file's ROMID is not compatitable with the existing one after I run afudos in DOS. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Also, I tried the EZ flash BIOS method. But nothing came up after I press (ALT + F2). According to the manual, I should press the keys during POST. When is "POST" when booting?
