Major problems...

I deleted my Drive D: and every program I tried to use to extend Drive C:\ wouldn't open because it was a wrong version of windows or something. Now, I can't get my Drive D:\ back and I have no idea what to do. The top shows the error I get when trying to format the 108.63 GB there.

Okay first what is the Windows error?

2nd use GParted. It is a LiveCD. No need to boot into Windows at all.

Before I extend C:\ what should the 108.63 GB be (status wise)?

It says it's free space for me.

Ok this is what I have. I don't care about merging the 2 drives anymore. I just wanna get things back to normal.

Is this right here?

It is ready for you to merge with GParted. All you have to do is get the ISO and burn it then boot with it.

But yes what you have is fine. Just format it to NTFS and it will be ready to use again.
