Question Unlocking without logging out

does anyone know of a registry hack or 3rd party software that will let you unlock a users locked screen (win 2k/XP) as an adminstrator but not log them out? UNIX has this by entering the root password, and it would be oh so helpful for those users that forget to save before i log them out....

any suggestions?
