Default Uninstalling Outlook Express.

How do I permenately remove outlook express from my pc? I have tried Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Add/Remove Windows Components... and then unchecked Outlook Express. However, it only removes it from the Start menu and does not remove it from my pc. Is there a way I can remove outlook express?

OE is installed by default. you would have to use nlite and take it out of the install of XP.

Anything other than that can affect the stability of the PC and may cause problems if you uninstall it.

Im not sure why you would want to go that far...
You can just disable outlook express.....

In the IE properties you can select what prog you want to use for email...
