Uninstall question

I have 2 options on my computer, one with health, maps, mail, news, photo, skype...etc and if i use down arrow it give me the apps menu. How can i get rid of the one with the health, maps...etc without having to right click on them and select uninstall plz?

Hmm hit the start button and bring up the main menu, where you see the apps pane.
Select one app and select unpin from the menu, if you do that click apply that should work out.
If you want it fully gone from your computer just do it as 8 wants you to do it.
Highlight the app, click uninstall and click apply to make the changes.
