Unable to receive attachment from a particular sender

Hi all,

Anyone can help me???

I have an email account whom i cannot receive email attachment from one and only one particular sender. This sender always send email to a few of us with a TIF attachment and the rest of them will received except me.

However, when the sender resend the message, i am able to receive. I had tried reinstalling my outlook express and changed a new computer but still the same.

Anyone has any idea???

What kind of email account do you have and does the other person have? (hotmail?)

they are using corporate email accounts....

not sure of other things
