Unable to import .dbx files in outlook express

i had copied entire outlook express folder from c:\Documents and Settings\user profile to some other location but now i am trying to import .dbx files to another PC the outlook express is importing only 6 emails where it have already appox. 2000 emails in .dbx files. I can't import remaining emails.

Is the computer that the data came from still usable or accessible? Also, what are you trying to import the mail into (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc?) These instructions may help you out: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/270670

On that note, Outlook Express is no longer supported by Microsoft so you really need to find an alternative. Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. Just get away from Outlook Express.
