Unable to delete/move this file?

on my desktop i have a noticed i have the following file which i cant get rid of:

Copy of MsblIco.exe

its part of msn i think
it says its being used by another program or whatever.

all i want to do is delete it

if anyone know how i can get this thing off my desktop that would be great.

if its in the task manager, kill it, if its not, reboot into safemode
