Unable to defrag from command prompt in Vista

When I try to run defrag from the command prompt, i get the message; "This program needs to run with administrative permissions. Use an admininstator command prompt and then run the program again."
I am executing the command prompt from the Vista start menu when logged in as the administrator.

Right click the command prompt and use the Run as Admin option.
