"Unable to create the folder 'new folder'"

Hey. I've been having this problem for a while, When i try to create a new folder on my desktop, It gives me an error saying "Unable to create the folder 'New Folder' The system cannot find the file specified.". And thats only for the desktop, I can create folders with no problem in other locations. It's like the desktop has a grudge against new folders..i cant even move folders named "New folder" to it..So yea..I'd appreciate help..this is really annoying.


I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, On a Toshiba Satellite C650 laptop. The problem started a while back..

Hey. Thanks for your time and all, But i've already seen that page, Found it via google, And none of the methods listed there changed anything :/
