Unable to access properties in diskmgmt

I've just realised I am unable to access properties in disk management on;
C: SSD (my OS and files)
S: HDD (my backup drive)

However I can access properties on the System partition (boot partition) of the C: and I can access it from "This PC" (File explorer).

Have no clue as to why and cannot find any information on it... Any one had this issue before?

My computer runs Win10 and sfc came back clear..

Permissions? Something in use that is blocking you?
