Two Window XP's installed

I had a problem with my computer and had to reinstall XP Home, now when i boot up my computer it showing that i have two window xps installed, i have to select on, selecting the first one is the good version of home, when u select the second one, it shows that there is a error, how do i get rid of the second one so this menu wont come up again?

in XP, go to Sttart->Run, type msconfig press Enter. select the Boot.ini tab and click on Check all boot paths or something like that. When it finds the invalid one it'll ask you if you want to remove it. click Yes, Apply and OK and you're done. you have to restart for it to work
