I have recently installed AlparySoft VideoLock Facial Recognition System v1.0.

Program uses Web Camera and Facial Recognition System to identify User who's seeking the access to the System. I have Web Camera which is not permanently plugged into my Computer but I do have Hauppauge WinTV Tuner installed onto mainboard which I have used, together with Analog Camera plugged into it's composite input for Conferencing over Internet.
Question: Is there a program or something that can create/generate a Fake Webcam Driver or something similar in nature which will actually link to TV Tuner but appear as a Webcam to Windows? Program only detects Web Cameras which is the reason why I need a "fake".
