a while back, after going to the eye doctor, and having my eyes numbed and dilated, i turned on ms narrator, to help me for the day. i only restart the system once every couple of weeks, so its not a big deal to close it out when the computer starts. but i have done it enough times that it is beginning to bug me. so i would like to turn it off, or stop it from starting every time the computer starts. i think it is probably in the start menu, but i do not know how to access that either. so i am asking for some help. oh, i guess i should mention its my desktop, which has a ms vista home premium o.s.
