Default Tune up guide

The spyware guide that Warez Monster made was fabolous, and I always use it.

But how about a tune up guide?

Like maybe your PC is running slow due to the registry, or just the amount of space wasted, or maybe it needs a defrag etc...

I'm looking for ways to come over to my friends house, clear all the crap off (using warez monster's guide)

but I also want to give it a complete tune up.

Here are some steps I already know to take.

#1: Run o&o defragger (much better than the windows default one)

#2: Remove all but the most recent restore point.

#3: Use a good freeware registry optimizer and cleaner (I've already got CCleaner, I just need one more)

And any other steps or tricks or tweaks for windows xp would be fantastic.
