You should be able to just go to the Leveno site and get the drivers.

Ok it appears we do not need to have a sata driver for the lenovo 3000 G530.

Carnage hit it in his first reply.

Go into the BIOS configuration, change from the SATA controller from AHCI to compatibility mode and you are ready to go.

Just remember you take off ACHI Mode you are slowing down your drive speed. Since it will be working in IDE Mode then your drives will not be working at their full capacity.
