trouble moving video files

Okay, got the first thing and had the ' no Xternal' problem. I tried a different USB and nogo

Installed the second one and now I can not see either Xternal. My computer has been really jacked up for awhile. I did the whole format , reinstall, all the drivers and all that, so what the hell!!!

Did you install your motherboard drivers.

Yes the all the drivers are installed.
I now have sp2 and have moved them to every usb port I have and it still doesn't see the Xternal HDs.
I tried the fix from "Warez Monster" but I can't seem to find the
' REG_MULTI_SZ'. but I guess I'll go look some more.

Finally got it goingjust finally getting the service packs mostly. The one xternal has just died, tried all the different ports and swapping out all the cables with the other one, I even tried plugging it in to my laptop but no go. The other one is fine and got my USB fixed also. Thanx!

Need NTSF for files larger than 4.0 GB
