Trouble Joining AVI's

Hello All, I'm using Boilsofts AVI/MPEG joiner and every once and a while I come across .avi files that just won't merge. Anyone have any idea why they won't merge? Is this a codec issue or something? I am using DivX 6.0 and Xvid XviD-1.0.1-05062004, and ac3filter_0_70b. Mostly trying to join old TV shows and make them into DVD's. Any help is appreciated

try a repair before you join them

Also dixfix still does a good job of rebuilding indexes

Nice! The Easy Video Joiner was able to merge all the files I previously couldn't merge. 7 to be exact. Out of those 7 one of the joined files ran slow and didn't take well, so I'll try the fixer program. Thanks
