well, I'm not sure I understand the question...
I don't use Trillian, but I do use GAIM, which is very low on system resources if that is what you asking. Best thing to do is test it out on your machine to see how it will perform. You can allways uninstall it.

lol sorry it was a rushed question i was meant to ask if trillian was low on resources rather than AIM.. I'll give it a try
