transfering os onto raid array?

So i have windows 7 installed on one 120g ssd and i want to take the OS and put it on a raid 0 array using two of the same 120g ssds. Whats the best way i can acconplish this?

note, the ssd the os is already on will be one of the ssds used in the array.

i really dont wanna blitz the thing and start a new. any advice?

Depends on your RAID software, most will allow you to build various arrays (0,1,5) from a single drive. When you go into the RAID software utility (or BIOS) does it give you the option to build the array from a disk.
 
Well I was going to use the raid controller on my Mobo, so a firmware raid I guess. And yes I have the option when I am booting up, I hit f2 or something and it takes me to the raid controller.

Sorry I should have specified which type of raid I wanted to use.
