My Toshiba A9-H11 notebook won't let me do a BIOS update, it keeps saying 'OS is not supported' any suggestions?

The BIOS upgrade tool supplied by Toshiba will tell you which versions of Window it is compatible with. If your current version is not supported then you must contact Toshiba on how to get the DOS based update or see if that is available for download on their website. You willnot be able to do the update within Windows and have to use the DOS based method.
