Question A Torrent Sofware/Site where uploading pays off

Hi,
Is there any torrent site/software outthere where uploading is being counted?
i mean bittornado which i am using right now is good @ this as the download speed of the file is proportional of the upload speed of THAT file..
i want something that remembers my old upload/download ratio..
Emule Excels at this but i dont wanna be left in queue for like 10 hours to start download a 500mb file :/ and thats in every file/server i try
thanks for anyhelp

downloading IS your payoff for uploading!

And why would you want anything remembering your likely illegal activity?

why would you suspect i am gonna do "illligal activities"
i haven't talking about anything I am gonna dl or ul
i just wanted to know something that behaves like EMULE in "remembering" the upload effort you have done so when you next dl something you are distinguished from the people who DON'T upload and just use their Software to DL stuff without letting some1 dl anything off them..
You see my point?
I know a site for torrents which do that but it is only new and has around 15 torrents only...
So guys any help here?
